Khubani ki Chutney | Apricot Chutney

A special sweet and spicy Chutney that works as a delicious dip to go with evening snacks, mathri, namakpare and crackers. A winter favorite!

Storage Instructions: Keep refrigerated, consume within a month
Ingredients:
Apricots -100gms
Dried chillies 15 (or as per taste)
vinegar-1 tbsp
Recipe:
1. Soak apricots overnight if using the dried ones.
2. Deseed them. Crush it in hamam dasta (mortar and pestle) with chillies.
3. When it is done add vinegar and transfer to a clean and dry glass bottle. It is ready to consume. Refrigerate and consume within a month.
Enjoy with napakpare, mathris, or with other snacks!
